At Counter Strike Firearms Training (CSFT), protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data is a critical operational mandate. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Due to the highly regulated nature of firearms training and private security (PSIRA) education, we are legally required to collect specific personal information. This may include, but is not limited to: full name, identity or passport numbers, physical and postal addresses, contact details, medical conditions relevant to handling firearms, and background/criminal record declarations.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is utilized strictly for professional and legal purposes, including:
- Processing course enrollments and PSIRA grade registrations.
- Issuing official certificates of competency.
- Communicating scheduling, safety protocols, and operational updates.
- Compliance with South African Police Service (SAPS) and PSIRA regulatory audits.
3. Data Security & Sharing
Your information is secured using industry-standard protocols. We do not sell or distribute your personal data to unauthorized third parties. Information is only shared with regulatory bodies (such as SAPS or PSIRA) as mandated by law for certification and compliance purposes.
Refund Policy
Strictly No Refunds.
Counter Strike Firearms Training operates with precision scheduling. When you book a course, we allocate specific resources including highly specialized instructors, firing range time, and ammunition.
- All Sales are Final: We do not offer refunds for any courses, classes, consultations, or products once a purchase is completed.
- No-Shows & Cancellations: Failure to attend a scheduled training session without prior authorized arrangement will result in the total forfeiture of your tuition fees.
- Dismissal: If a student is dismissed from a course due to safety violations, insubordination, or failure to follow Range Officer commands, no refund will be issued.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Firearms training, tactical exercises, and presence at a shooting facility involve extreme inherent risks, dangers, and hazards that may result in severe injury, disability, or death.
By entering our premises, utilizing our facilities, or participating in any Counter Strike Firearms Training curriculum, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding conditions:
- Complete Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearms training, lead exposure, loud noises, and physical exertion.
- Release of Liability: You release, waive, and discharge Counter Strike Firearms Training, its owners, directors, instructors, range safety officers, and facility partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions arising from injury, loss, or damage to person or property.
- Absolute Command Protocol: You agree to immediately and unconditionally follow all safety commands, rules, and directives given by CSFT Instructors and Range Officers. The Range Officer's word is absolute law. Any breach of safety protocol will result in immediate removal from the facility.
- Medical Clearance: You declare that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in firearms training and are not under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any medication that impairs judgment or motor skills.
